Returns Policy

Return Period
Orvalino allows returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Refunds are processed to the original payment method; see our Payment Policy for payment-related details.
Eligible Items
We accept returns on products that:
- Were shipped by Orvalino
- Are in original condition
- Have not been worn (except for fitting)
- Include original tags and packaging
- Are accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-tailored garments
- Altered clothing items
- Intimate accessories (pocket squares, ties after use)
- Sale items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Custom Orders
For custom-tailored items:
- Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placement
- Design modifications may incur additional fees

Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
- Receive a return authorization number
- Package the item securely with all original materials
- Include the return authorization number with the package
- Ship to our return address: Orvalino, 255 Av. Van Horne, Montréal, QC H2T 2J2, Canada
Include your return authorization number on the package. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item within 2 business days
- You will receive email notification of return receipt
- Approved refunds will be processed to original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically process in 2-5 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Partial Returns
For orders with multiple items:
- Returns are processed per item
- Refunds apply only to returned items
- Original shipping costs are not refunded
- Return shipping costs are customer responsibility
Exchange Policy
For size or style exchanges:
- Must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be in original condition
- Subject to current stock availability
- Shipping costs for exchanges are customer responsibility
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We will cover return shipping costs
- Replacement or refund will be processed promptly
